Had a comfy stay in a cozy room and really enjoyed having the coffee available whenever I wanted. The outdoor seating area and the garden hammock were perfect for winding down after a long day. The shared bathroom wasn't ideal for me, but I guess I should've booked an en suite next time! 😊

Had a blast with friends! We loved visiting the local markets and the museum. The staff was super friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring. The common areas were cozy, making it easy to hang out together after a long day.
The Wi-Fi was pretty spotty in our room, which made it hard to connect sometimes.

This place was just a well-suited match for a transient stop in Birmingham with excellent value for money. The boiled eggs and tea provided in the morning were a nice touch, even if the rest of breakfast was lacking. Future visitors should be prepared for some noise from nearby streets.

We had a fantastic stay, especially enjoying the beautifully decorated rooms. The kids loved the proximity to the nearby sports center, which was a big hit with the teenagers. The friendly host was always there to help with anything we needed.
My kids wished for better bathroom facilities, as sharing was a bit inconvenient for our large family.

My stay at Haya Guest House was quite pleasant. The property was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable environment. When I fell ill, the owner went above and beyond by accommodating my request for an extra night's stay to aid my recovery, despite being fully booked.
The mattress in my room was softer than I prefer, though it was firmer during my extended stay.

Friendly breakfast interactions.
I was incredibly frustrated with the host's unresponsiveness. My delayed check-in was nearly impossible due to the poor communication. No assistance was provided during my stressful arrival, and I felt abandoned, stuck without a proper solution.
